WHY WE STARTED?

Our journey in property was founded by a personal experience that provided first-hand insight into the long-term benefits and opportunities property can create. In 2019, as a self-employed electrician, my dad faced the reality of being unable to retire comfortably because he simply did not have enough money do so. His financial advisor explained he would need to work till 75 in order to save the amount needed.

By renovating and refurbishing two properties, my parents were able to secure the financial stability needed for earlier retirement.
